Winter Banana-Berry Smoothie

So7 Women!! As a Holistic Health Coach, I want to be sure that I am helping you be the best, complete women you can be. With that being said, superfood smoothies are a great way, to boost energy, detox, energize, fuel up, etc. I love Super Food Smoothies so much, I’m going to share one with you every week. This Week’s Super Food Smoothie is :

Winter Banana-Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana 1
  • 1 cup blue berries
  • 1 tablespoon raw unfiltered honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • Ice
  • Half cup of Coconut Milk
  • Optional-Pecans, Almonds, Granola

In a blender: Add your liquids first, which will be your coconut milk then add your honey, and grated Ginger. After you have added those ingredients then you would add your Blue Berries, Banana then your ice. Blend until the smoothie is the texture you like. Adjust sweetness if needed with more honey.

Note: You can add, granola, almonds, or pecans as a topping. Use your leftover blueberries for a topping as well.
