It’s sort of warm here in Texas in the middle of Winter. So, with that being said, I had a taste for some Mangos. I love the taste of Mango and Banana together, it reminds me of being on the beach. This recipe you can drink anytime of day. Enjoy!
1 mango, pitted, peeled and diced
2 ripe bananas
1 cup almond or Coconut milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add more milk as necessary, depending on your desired consistency, and adjust sweetener to your taste.
Note: For an extra super food boost add some chia seeds or Goji berries.
