It’s World Water Day So7 Ladies!!! 👗👜👠💄💪❤ Here is Natural drink that you can make in the comfort of your home.. GINGER-MINT & LEMON WATER🍋🍋🍃… Ginger is nature’s antibiotic, Mint is refreshing and promotes weight loss & digestion & Lemon increases blood circulation… Now that’s a So7 Drink!! 🙌🙌

Ingredients :
1-2 liters of filtered water
Ginger root, thinly sliced
1 lemon, peeled and sliced
12-15 fresh mint leaves
Ice

Directions:
Lemon slices, to garnish, if desired
Fill a jug with filtered water. Add the ginger, lemon and mint. You can squeeze a bit of the lemon juice into the water as well to give it a burst of citrus flavor.
Let this mixture sit overnight in the fridge to allow the flavors to seep into the water.
Add ice immediately prior to serving to avoid diluting the mixture.
Garnish with lemon slices, if desired. But note that while visually, the lemon looks better with the rind on it for presentation, it can add a bitter taste to your infusion.
